Home Maintenance Tips
Here are a short list of some of the most common issues we find:

Ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) in the kitchen and bathrooms (lack of protection in kitchen and bath outlets)

Temperature Pressure Relief Valve (TPV) on the water heater. Test yours every three months to keep it functioning

Keep your gutters clean, downspouts attached and water away from the foundation

Negative slope adjacent to the foundation. Water should not pond within 12 feet of the house

Leave a minimum of 12 inches between the house and plantings
